1. About Flitches

ALDERWHIM GAMES INC., based in British Columbia, Canada, provides Flitches for iPhone, iPad and Apple TV. This policy covers the game, our website and support.

2. Information in the game

Flitches has no advertising, cross-app tracking or third-party analytics and requires no separate account. The released game does not send gameplay logs or crash reports to our servers. We do not sell personal information.

Progress, results, preferences and gameplay statistics are stored on your device, along with records needed for saved games and purchases.

3. Apple services

If you use iCloud, eligible progress can sync between devices using the same Apple Account. Preferences and lifetime statistics stay on each device. When you use Game Center, Apple receives achievement progress, scores and player identifiers; your nickname and scores may be visible to others.

Apple processes Full Journey purchases. Flitches uses verified purchase information to unlock and restore access. We do not receive your payment-card details or Apple Account password.

Apple may share sales, usage and diagnostic reports with us. TestFlight also shares beta usage, crashes and feedback, which may include contact details. We use these reports to improve Flitches.

4. Website and support

Our hosting and security providers process IP addresses, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Restricted areas use sign-in information and essential session cookies. We do not use advertising or visitor analytics.

If you contact us, we use your email address, message and attachments to respond and resolve problems.

5. Sharing and security

Hosting, security and email providers process information to operate our website and support. Access is limited to those who need it. We may disclose information when required by law. Information may be processed outside Canada. We use reasonable safeguards to protect it.

6. Retention and your choices

We retain support, security and diagnostic records as needed for their stated purposes or legal requirements. Diagnostics voluntarily shared during earlier testing remain stored for troubleshooting, including gameplay activity, device details and random test identifiers.

You may request access, correction or deletion, withdraw consent, or raise a privacy concern by contacting us. We may need to verify your identity; legal requirements may limit deletion.

Resetting progress is not a complete deletion: preferences and recovery copies may remain. Deleting Flitches does not delete purchases, iCloud saves, Game Center records or information already shared with support. Apple controls retention of its records; manage its services in device settings or through Apple’s privacy controls.
